Information you submit
Contact and estimate forms may collect your name, contact details, property address, project information, comments and uploaded photographs. Do not upload sensitive identity, financial, medical or access-control information.
How submitted information is used
Information is used to respond to the request, understand the property question, prevent abuse and arrange appropriate follow-up. It is not sold as a bulk marketing list. If a contractor referral is appropriate, you will be told before the information is shared.
Technical and advertising data
Hosting services necessarily process IP addresses, request logs and device information. If analytics or advertising cookies are enabled, consent and vendor disclosures must be activated with them. The current source does not enable behavioral advertising by default.
Retention and security
Submissions are retained only as reasonably needed for response, records and legal obligations. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed secure. Request deletion through the contact form, subject to legal or operational retention needs.
Children and changes
The service is intended for property owners and adults, not children. Material policy changes will update the effective date on this page.
